Lyudmila (Luda) Kogan, Esq.

Lyudmila (Luda) Kogan is the principal of Kogan Law P.A., and has been a practicing attorney in the State of Florida since 2009. Luda graduated from the Florida International University College of Law and focuses her practice primarily on creditor’s rights, along with business and contract litigation. Luda is licensed to practice in the state courts of Florida, and in the federal courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  

Luda takes pride in helping individuals, and businesses both big and small, in finding creative legal solutions for their collection needs, both pre-suit and post judgment. Her clients include local and national accounting firm(s), law firm(s), private lenders, car dealership(s), fuel company(ies), logistics and fulfillment centers, aviation consultants, real estate broker(s), and insurance company(ies).  

In addition to practicing law, Luda is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator, a member of the 17th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar, a certified arbitrator for the Florida Bar Fee Arbitration Program, and a volunteer attorney with Lawyers for Children’s America.  

Originally from the country of Belarus, Luda is fluent in Russian. She maintains ties to South Florida’s Russian-speaking community and is a member of the Russian American Bar Association of Florida. Luda is also a member of the Miami-Dade and Broward Bar Associations. In her spare time, Luda enjoys travel, outdoor concerts, and cheering for the Florida Panthers.
