Rachel Miller, Esq.

Rachel is an associate at Kogan Law P.A., focusing her practice on post-judgment execution and collection. Rachel is admitted to the State Bar of Florida and is a member of the bars of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Rachel started her legal career an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, and clerked in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida for more than 3 years. More recently, Rachel has moved to litigating in the private sector and is committed to providing competent and compassionate representation to Kogan Law P.A.’s clients. Rachel received her Juris Doctor in 2015 from The University of Chicago Law School. In 2012, Rachel graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science.
